holiday / vacation to suit you. Farm stay accommodation ranges
from B&Bs and camping to cosy cottages and houses.
Although we stay in Farm Stay accommodation, we can also arrange
camping farm stays where you can learn about outback bush camping
or four wheel driving. Your tour guide will be happy to show you.

famous attractions behind us, and travel in to outback Australia
to find our own, visiting places that many travellers will never

| Travel to North East Victoria, one of
Australia's hidden secrets. This region is famous for
world-class wine and gourmet foods, spectacular scenery, natural
beauty, historic legends, numerous National Parks and
attractions. |
Day One
Depart Melbourne 7am - we then travel to Glenrowan, made famous
by Australia's notorious bushranger Ned Kelly. Here we
witness the re-enactment of the siege which led to his capture,
through animatronics and computerised robots. We then take in
some of the sightseeing and landscape of this amazing region, as
we travel the short distance to Whitfield, and our Farm Stay
Accommodation. On arrival we have a picnic lunch at our secret
location, which is sure to impress you. After lunch we can spend
the afternoon relaxing and getting to know this beautiful part of
Australia. |

Day Two
This morning we go sightseeing and admire the views as we travel
up a winding mountain road and onto "Power's
Lookout". This is the location where Harry Power (another
notorious Australian bushranger) was captured, and later, was
named after him. This was just one of his many hide-outs, and
once you have heard his story, you will understand more about the
man who became Ned Kelly's teacher. A short hike through this
rocky outcrop will have you seeing magnificent views that
overlook "King Valley" far beneath us. We then travel
down the mountain and explore more of this fantastic region and
its beautiful landscape, as we search for "Paradise
Falls" hidden in the bushland of Australia. The formation of
this amazing waterfall will have you taking plenty of photos and
telling all your friends. |

Day Three
Today we spend the day sightseeing and four wheel driving. We
travel into the Australian bush, where you can take in the
scenery and admire the beauty of these breathtaking mountain
rangers, as we drive along, and through crystal clear rivers. You
can learn about four wheel driving as we tackle the terrain, and
visit areas of Australia that many travellers will never
see. |

Day Four
Today you can participate in optional White Water Rafting when
in season, an Australian adventure tour to get your adrenalin
pumping, where you will have two runs down the picturesque,
"King River", and a B.B.Q lunch. For those of you who
are not so adventurous, we will go on a day tour to the Ettamogah
pub. A pub built from a cartoon sketch which must be seen to be
believed. |

Day Five
This morning we travel throughout this fabulous region's
spectacular mountain ranges, superb country and farm properties.
We visit wineries and charming country towns, giving you the
opportunity to meet more locals and explore more of this
fantastic part of Australia. Learn about the history, and the
war-time involvement of these small towns, as we travel through
this area which until now was only known to Victorians. We are
now giving you the opportunity to witness what many tourists have
been missing out on. |

Day Six
This morning we begin our return trip back to Melbourne, but not
before we travel into the thick Australian bush to visit the
location known as the "Kelly Tree", at Stringy Bark
Creek. This is where bushranger Ned Kelly and his gang shot and
killed three policemen, an event which made him Australia's
most wanted bushranger. We then continue our journey to
"Craig's Hut", the location where the Australian
movie "The Man from Snowy River" was filmed. The
splendid scenery, picturesque landscape and Craig's Hut
itself, high up on Mt Sterling will have your camera working
overtime. After lunch we depart from these beautiful mountain
ranges and travel back to Melbourne, bringing an end to this
fantastic Australian adventure.
All this is done at a relaxed pace with an informative fun guide,
and yes, we will go in search of the Australian wildlife.
We'll take a stroll along the beautiful "King
River" to our secret location, and search for the elusive
platypus, and take evening walks to spot wombats and kangaroos in
their natural environment, plus much more.
This farm stay tour has it all, and is available to Individuals,
couples, family's small groups and the private traveller.

Accommodation is in a comfortable farm house which sleeps eight,
(rooms are shared) and is surrounded by fabulous mountain ranges.

comfortable farm stay accommodation, and from here you will
participate in day tours along Australia's world famous Great
Ocean Road and its surrounding area. You will be amazed by its
rugged coastline, tranquil rainforests, fabulous waterfalls and
magnificent beaches, as it winds its way through beautiful
coastal towns and many more famous attractions. |
Day One
Depart Melbourne 7am and travel South West to the sun, surf,
sand and spectacular scenery that is the world famous Great Ocean
Road. The view from Teddy's Lookout is sure to impress, as is
the spectacular Erskine Falls. We then travel through picturesque
towns on our way to Ridgewood Heights, our Farm Stay
Accommodation for the next five nights. From here we will go on
day tours to explore the remarkable local surroundings. |

Day Two
This morning we go sightseeing, and follow the Great Ocean Road
to London Bridge, Bay of Martyres and the Bay of Islands, where
we take a walk along the beach to really appreciate these natural
wonders. Then it's off to Tower Hill, where you will have
ample opportunity to take photos of the wildlife Australia is
famous for Kangaroos, Koalas, Emus and more. We then visit the
Maritime Museum in Warrnambool, where we watch the spectacular
$3million sound and laser show of the LochArd shipwreck at Loch
Ard Gorge. Step back in time as we walk through the Maritime
Village and feel what it was like to live in Australia during
that era. |

Day Three
Tour with Boomerang Tours and experience a fabulous Australian
holiday without being rushed. You can participate in farm
activities, relax on the beach, or stroll through the laid back
town of Port Campbell. Today is a rest day for you to enjoy as
you please. |

Day Four
Today we visit some of Victoria's great icons such as the 12
Apostles, Loch Ard Gorge and the Gibson Stairs. We walk down the
stairs to the beach and stand in awe at the towering cliffs. Then
you can take an optional extra, adrenalin pumping, half hour
scenic helicopter ride. Enjoy an aerial view of Australia's
world famous Great Ocean Road, giving you a great opportunity to
take some more fantastic photos. |

Day Five
Today we visit the Otway National Park. We take a stroll through
the beautiful Otway Rainforest, on our way to Triplet, Beauchamp,
Hopetoun and Stevenson Falls, where we can take a dip in the
refreshing pools. (Your camera will be working overtime to
capture these magnificent waterfalls.) Then it's off to
another of Australia famous attractions, the "Tree Top
Walk" up above the Rainforest canopy. This rainforest is
awe-inspiring with breathtaking views and is sure to remain
etched in your mind. |

Day Six
Today we travel inland, enjoying the different landscape and
small country towns, as we make our way to another Australian
icon the "Grampians". Here we go sightseeing and take
in the breathtaking views from Boroka and Reid's Lookout,
then visit the magnificent Mackenzie's Falls. After exploring
this fantastic rocky outcrop, we travel back to Melbourne,
bringing an end to this wonderful Australian experience.
Accommodation is in a lovely farm house which sleeps 12 people.

tents, we can have an outdoor campfire for you to enjoy evenings
under the stars. You can have the best of both world's,
farm-stay accommodation AND the bush camping experience.
