| ACCOMMODATION |
| Boomerang Tours offers a range of accommodation
including typical Aussie farms, Cottages, Cabins and outback camping.
Camping tours use high quality camping equipment, two person
tents, self inflating mattresses, sleeping bags and portable
showers. Our tours are designed for camping in comfort.
Accommodation is shared, with double, single and bunk beds,
Shared toilet and shower facilities. |

| OUR VEHICLES |
| Boomerang Tours uses custom built 4WD vehicles
ensuring your comfort and safe travel. All vehicles have forward facing
seats, air conditioning, stereo system, two way radios,
E.P.I.R.B, and satellite phones, ensuring a comfortable tour,
with medical and emergency assistance in remote areas. An
emphasis is placed on small group personalised tours, with
seating capacity from four to eleven passengers. Our vehicles are
regularly serviced and maintained to ensure reliability. |

| PASSENGER INVOLVEMENT |
| Passenger should have a medium level of fitness.
All of our tours are designed to provide passengers with a `hands
on' sightseeing, adventure, wilderness, camping travel experience. It is therefore a
necessary requirement that all passengers participate in general
camp (fun) duties, such as erecting tents, preparing meals and washing
up etc. Camp duties are not strenuous and full group
participation allows everyone to have fun and for other enjoyable
activities. |

| MEALS |
Breakfast: Cereal, toast, coffee, tea,
juices.
Lunch: Cold meats, salads, sandwiches and fruit
Dinner: Cooked meals: camp-oven roast, stew, pasta & rice
dishes, B.B.Q and more.
We also cater for vegetarians (please advise us when
booking.) |

| WHAT TO BRING |
| Swimsuit, towel, hat, sunglasses, insect
repellent, torch, sun screen, toiletries, water bottle, warm
clothing, (In case of cool evenings), good walking shoes, sandals
or thongs, (flip flops) camera, CDs and tapes, (if you don't
like Rock 'N' Roll). Also bring a smile, a sense of
humour and an adventurous spirit. |

| INSURANCE |
| Adequate travel and medical insurance is
strongly recommended. |
|
|
|
|
| LIABILITY |
| Whilst all care is taken, Boomerang Tours
accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage to personal
articles, including luggage. Persons taking adventure tours should be of
reasonable health and fitness. Boomerang Tours will not be held
responsible for any personal injury to clients due to
circumstances beyond our control. Any costs incurred by a
passenger as a result of a delay on any tour, including failure
to make travel connections with any other travel service, are the
responsibility of the passenger. Refunds will not apply for
delays or alterations of a tour, resulting from any cause,
including mechanical failure and severe weather conditions. |

| PAYMENT |
| 20% Deposit is required on booking. Balance due
30 days prior to tour departure. Bookings made within 30 days of
departure, to be paid in full. |
|
| CANCELLATIONS |
All tour cancellations are subject to a 10%
administration fee. A fee of 50% of total tour costs will apply
for a cancellation between 14-20 days prior to departure, a fee
of 75% of total tour costs will apply for a cancellation between
7-13 days before departure, and no refund within 6 days prior to
departure or in the event that you fail to join the tour or leave
it early.
For the safety and the enjoyment of other passengers, the tour
guide has the discretion to place you on a plane home, if you misbehave, cause trouble or are a danger to anyone else on the
tour, with no refund to be given. |

| Tour itineraries are subject to alteration without
notice and are intended as a guide only. Boomerang Tours and/or
its agents and employees are unable to guarantee exact arrival
and departure times. The company will not be liable for failure
to make connections with any other travel service. In the event of a
breakdown, or other unforseen circumstances, the operator
reserves the right to substitute vehicles other than those
specified to ensure operation of the tour |
