Holidays March 30

it has took me 30 years to persuade my husband to holiday abroad . i need to get this right?
1st choice of airports Norwich,2nd Stansted. not to busy of a hotel, i have arthritis in both knees so nowhere to hilly, and we do not like it too hot so the best time of travel would be March or October for us. can someone help me in choosing the correct holiday PLEASE.
start with a short flight to reus la pineda costa dorada and stay in the hotel gran hacienda 4* all inclusive the hotel is absoulutely amazing food excellent and beach a couple of minutes walk from hotel and not over crowded and neither is the hotel. its a 2 1/4 hor flight and 5mins transfer from the airport! i booked again for me and my partner for 2weeks in may through travel republic.co.uk and it cost £520 for both of us! seriously this hotel is perfect for a relaxing holiday!
